On behalf of our client, a Multinational Company in the Energy sector, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Development Manager to join their Athens team.

Main Job Responsibilities
• Providing grid input into new site search activities. Secure grid connection agreements (or modifications) aligned with the project strategy.
• Managing site designs for solar, battery and co-located sites
• Carry out grid connection feasibility studies for new sites.
• Identify grid services and advice new opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate new projects and opportunities for Renewables (solar, wind), storage and hybrid technologies;
• Negotiate grid technical requirements and preparation of contract documents.
• Work with the internal and external teams in all the technical, legal and commercial activities necessary for the success of the projects namely Due Diligence, negotiations, technical development, company presentation, etc;
• Contribute to Country’s strategic planning and budgeting process;
• Maintain and promote values, strength and reputation of company and its business lines in markets of responsibility

Skills & Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering
• 5-7 years experience within Energy Industry
• Grid and Renewable Energy experience is recommended
• Very good command of English language
