Office Assistant/Receptionist

On behalf of our client, a leading Law Firm in Athens, we are seeking to hire an Office Assistant/Receptionist

 Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are always tidy and fully equipped for next meeting, with all necessary stationery and material
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties
  • Supporting the secretary team in printing, scanning and word processing when needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Ownership and accountability, results orientation & time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude

Working hours: Mo-Fr 12.00-20.00
