Office Assistant/Receptionist

On behalf of our client, a leading Law Firm in Athens, we are seeking to hire an Office Assistant/Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are always tidy and fully equipped for next meeting, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties
- Supporting the secretary team in printing, scanning and word processing when needed
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Ownership and accountability, results orientation & time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
Working hours: Mo-Fr 12.00-20.00
