On behalf of our client, a reputable company within the Consultancy Industry, we are looking to recruit an Business Development Specialist to join their team in Athens.

Responsibilities
• Prospecting, acquiring, and managing accounts while promoting advisory and iso compliance solutions.
• Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, networking, and other lead generation methods.
• Conduct presentations and services demonstrations to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable compliance solutions.
• Prepare and submit solutions proposals and contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Skills & Qualifications
• BA in business, information security or quality management
• Basic understanding of compliance and familiarity with standardisation frameworks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.
• Previous sales experience will be considered as a plus.
