Digital Ad Operations Account Manager
On behalf of our client, an international marketing agency, we are looking for a Digital Advertising Operations Account Manager to join our team based from in our Athens office.
The role will involve the management of multiple campaigns from set up to completion, optimizing where possible and troubleshooting issues where appropriate. There is an account management aspect to the role requiring the provision of reports for clients that leverage campaign insights, as well as liaising with clients to ensure their expectations are met.
You will be required to work with Sales to assist with the planning of briefs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Client Solutions Expert
- In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners (Inventory Forecasting depending on strategy)
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
- Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of our solutions Relationship Management
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
- Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams
- Work and collaborate with agencies/clients to source assets/tags required for the campaign, working with the internal creative team to manage the creative build process & maintaining our SLA.
- Showcase where appropriate product insights in line with our offering.
- Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation
- Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators
- Outline, oversee & generate measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
- Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance by sending weekly reports / screengrabs / insights to the agency.
Project Management and Internal Operations
- Project manage complex work streams
- Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
- Update internal pipeline systems to reflect accurate monthly budget splits for bookings.
Skills and Experience
- One to two years industry experience, preferably with programmatic and/or mobile experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Works well both within a team and individually.
- Organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks.
- Ability to problem solve and analyze data sets.
- Good excel skills.
