On behalf of our client, a Multinational Company in Energy sector, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Asset
Manager, το oversee its assets and optimize their value to the business.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Management of solar, wind, hydro and storage power generating assets in the Territory through all phases of
construction and operations - Achieve objectives, execute strategy, address priorities, and comply with budget and priorities
- Facilitate and document the outcome of Annual Reviews and oversee the implementation of action plans and
recommendations - Act as representative of the Owner in front of EPC Contractor, O&M Contractor, Government Authorities, Off
takers, Suppliers, partners and other key stakeholders, - Manage the contractual relationships with regulators, suppliers and subcontractors (both internal and
external) and negotiate and resolve any claims stemming from such contractual relationships. - Oversee the commissioning of the various assets, the mobilization of the O&M teams, the handover from EPC
to O&M teams - Conduct regular asset reviews to track the technical and financial performance of assets and prepare
rectification plans or recommendations - Implement appropriate oversight to meet HSE objectives for all the assets, ensure that appropriate HSE
training is in place for relevant employees, and promote a culture of safety - Foster a lean, efficient and performative working environment within the various asset teams, where
employees feel valued and are encouraged to contribute to solutions, and where a respectful, safe and
collaborative work environment is promoted at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in a technical field and/or business.
- Fluent in Greek & English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Past Territory experience and track record in asset management, construction and/or operation of energy
projects. - Proven track record managing teams of +20 people.
- Confirmed experience (+ 5 years) in solar power plants
