On behalf of our client, a leading boutique advisory firm, we are looking to hire for a Corporate Finance Manager to join the Athens team.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end Investment Banking deals, including M&A, IPOs, private placements and restructuring mandates.
• Identify and mitigate transaction-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate governance standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored financial solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and company valuations using methods such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis (CCA), and precedent transactions.
• Provide high-level consulting services on corporate strategy, capital structure, and financing options, ensuring clients receive insightful, data-driven advice.
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Management Consulting, with a strong track record of successful deal execution.
• Deep understanding of Investment Banking products, services, and regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to dissect complex financial information and present clear insights
