CRM Marketing Manager – Position Filled September 2020

On behalf of our client, a leading company within Gaming sector, we are looking to recruit a CRM Marketing Manager to join a highly skilled team of professionals in Greece.

 Role

The CRM Marketing Manager will work with Marketing and Sales dept. to maintain a customer- oriented attitude with primary focus on activities that increase customers’ lifetime value. The CRM Marketing Manager will report to the Sales & Operations Director.

Responsibilities include CRM activities strategy and planning, budget monitoring and control (delivery of agreed KPIs) and management of the relevant operational issues. Agreed metrics – aligned with company targets – to include GGR, NGR, churn rates and AU/PAs.

A degree in marketing or a related field is essential for this position. At least four-six years of experience in a direct marketing environment, including acquisition and retention marketing, is also essential.

 Responsibilities

  • Define CRM strategy in line with Marketing and Sales department
  • Manage CRM software on daily basis (marketing campaign, segmentation, KPIs analysis etc.)
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
  • Deliver and maintain campaigns within the CRM system ensuring that all campaigns are kept up to date
  • Execution of CRM plan and set actions to reach the goals
  • Organizing and delivering CRM activities across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
  • Brief and traffic the creative work to support the CRM communications including emails, messaging system and SMS/push notifications
  • Provide support for all CRM promotions and campaigns ensuring that all actions need to be done to deliver these promotions, are delivered on time
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
  • Coordinate with local marketing managers
  • Monitor market and competitors
  • Ensure product marketing & product localization based on market and customer needs
  • Deliver agreed country KPI targets
  • Provide detailed reporting on CRM performance and evaluation of key accounts’ performance
  • Manage CRM marketing budget ensuring spend is within agreed levels

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • University Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration (specialization in marketing preferably)
  • Background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
  • Experience on email and SMS broadcast tools
  • Experience on CRM software(s)
  • Seniority to comprehend the complexities of an online B2C product
  • Knowledge/interest in Sports
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbally)
