On behalf of our client, a Multinational Company in Energy sector, we are seeking a passionate Land Manager, mainly
to search for new sites for the development of photovoltaic and wind projects.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Search for new sites for the development of photovoltaic and wind projects
• Identification of land owners
• Negotiation capacity of lease agreements, surface rights in rural areas
• Contract management for its elevation to public
• Support to the development team in administrative procedures and expropriation processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the identification and acquisition of land, preferably in the field of renewable
  energies
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good knowledge of regulatory framework in Spain
• English proficiency
• Availability to travel
• Driving license is mandatory
