On behalf of our client, a company, leader in energy industry, we are looking for a Retail Stores Director to join its team based in its Athens office.

The Retail Stores Manager is responsible for the development of the retail network and its commercial monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analysis of new markets in order to expand the retail network in Greece
• Visit – shop inspection
• Knowledge of setting-up a shop (POS)
• Analysis and interpretation of market trends
• Keeping track of Competition & market developments
• Maintaining excellent relationships with partners by building foundations of mutual trust
• Research, evaluation and selection of points for shop development
• Supervision during shops’ construction/renovation

Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage a team.
• Self-aggression and enthusiasm in target achievement.
• Orientation in the excellent customer service.
• Ability to take initiatives and manage emergency cases.
• Punctuality in thinking and organizational spirit.

Requirements:

• University/College degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Postgraduate degree would be considered a plus
• 4-6 experience in Retail
• MS Office
• English spoken & written
