Secretary/Office Administrator

On behalf of our client, a well-known Company, specialized in energy storage innovation, we are seeking a Secretary/Office Administrator to support office and daily activities of the owner.

The position encompasses a number of tasks and involves frequent interaction with other executives inside and outside the firm, as well as with other departments within the company.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Schedule meetings, appointments, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
• Answer and screen phone calls;
• Managing, organizing, and replying to correspondence, particularly email;
• Maintenance of executive contacts;
• Office Administration

Skills & Attributes
• At least 3 years of administrative or secretary experience.
• BA or equivalent
• Very good command of English Language (writing & speaking)
• Strong oral and written communications skills, particularly good written grammar and spelling;
• Experience in handling Confidential Information in a professional manner
• Strong technical skills. Familiar and comfortable with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and especially Outlook. Apple (iOS) skills are a plus.
• Comfortable with complicated google searches
• A calm, highly organized and professional demeanor, as well as a healthy sense of humor and the ability to function in a fast-paced, stressful and very demanding office environment;
• Flexibility and ability to switch tasks rapidly as required;
• Applicant should be self-motivated and capable of working independently with a strong attention to detail.
