On behalf of our client, a leading eye-wear designer and marketer, we are seeking an experienced Secretary/Office Administrator to support  office and daily activities of the owner. The role is located in Kifissia and starts in September.

The position encompasses a number of tasks and involves frequent interaction with other executives inside and outside the firm, as well as with other departments within the company.

Key responsibilities of the Secretary/Office Administrator position include, but are not limited to:

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Answer and screen phone calls;
  • Managing, organizing, and replying to correspondence, particularly email;
  • Maintenance of executive contacts;
  • Office Administration
  • Social Media advertising

 

Skills & Attributes

  • At least three years of administrative or secretary experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Very good command of English Language (writing & speaking)
  • Strong oral and written communications skills, particularly good written grammar and spelling;
  • Experience in handling Confidential Information in a professional manner
  • Strong technical skills. Familiar and comfortable with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and especially Outlook. Apple (iOS) skills are a plus.
  • Comfortable with complicated google searches
  • A calm, highly organized and professional demeanor, as well as a healthy sense of humor and the ability to function in a fast-paced, stressful and very demanding office environment;
  • Flexibility and ability to switch tasks rapidly as required;
  • Applicant should be self-motivated and capable of working independently with a strong attention to detail.
