Senior Account Manager
On behalf of our client, a leading technology company offering Enterprise Software solutions (SAP and Microsoft partners), we seeking for a Senior Account Manager to lead the sales team.
The Role:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed sales quotas and objectives.
• Work closely with the SAP and Microsoft consulting teams to run presales activities and ensure a cohesive sale strategy
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements with potential customers
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in conferences, shows, and other industry events to enhance networking and promote our services and solutions
Requirements
• 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in the technology/enterprise software industry
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
• Good understanding of technology services and solutions, including ERP, CRM, Analytics
• Experience in SAP or Microsoft Dynamics technologies will be considered an asset
• BA in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field will be considered an asset
• Excellent command of English and Greek language
