On behalf of our client, a leading company within Energy sector, we are looking to recruit a Technical Services Executive to join a highly skilled team of professionals in Greece.

 

Role

The role refers to all required activities that are associated to the current and potential technical services of the company. These activities include among others, technical analysis, business modelling, contract formulation in co-operation with legal professionals, service launch, vendor management, life cycle management and evaluation.

The applicant must have relevant working experience, the ability to execute detailed and demanding technical and business analysis with multiple factors. Furthermore, the applicant must possess project management skills, create and cultivate strategic relationships with vendors, perform analysis and best practices benchmarking, the ability to present the services and solutions of the company to customers and potential partners.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure stakeholders (internal and external) are fully aligned and provide their deliverables at defined project milestones
  • Create reports, presentation, spreadsheets, etc. to support findings, analysis of potential and ongoing services
  • Evaluate market trends, best practices, existing solutions, completion landscape and potential vendors
  • Define new product/service features and functionality (business case, marketing requirements specifications, business requirement specifications) in collaboration with relevant project stakeholders.
  • Meet with customers along with sales and the vendor representative/s, to present the company’s technical solutions pertaining to different services
  • Present new services and applications
  • Create initial contracts and terms & conditions of related service offering or project
  • Promote newly launched services via various events or direct sales.
  • Provide sales teams with associated information and training material as to promote the technical services of the company
  • Manage all vendors of associated to products/projects to ensure that highest quality service, best prices/quotations and shortest timelines
  • Manage elements of service as to ensure their evolution, competitiveness, and excellent customer experience

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • BA in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field
  • MA or an additional degree in business or economics would be considered a plus
  • 3 years at least or more years of experience in technical services management, service development and implementation
  • Very good analytical and synthesis skills
  • Very good numerical understanding
  • Strong technical or/and technology skills
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Excellent English, verbal and writing
