Responsibilities

• Management of outgoing and incoming calls in order to promote the company’s products and services
• Support and guidance of customers in complete solutions tailored to their needs

 Profile

• High school diploma, university / TEI degree desirable
• PC and MS Office very good knowledge
• Basic knowledge of English
• Very good communication skills
• Customer oriented
• Experience in telesales will be considered as a Plus
